This is a fairly weak move for Black. Although the Black Knight does control two of the center squares, its presence does not limit any of White's major strategies.

Both of the center Pawns are still able to move forward, as well as pretty much any other piece...

Play the Reti Opening a bit more aggressively in this situation and watch for Black to make quick, but poorly planned attacks towards the beginning of the game.
